THE HEART OF SIDELINE CHEER
With a strong background in exercise training and nutrition certifications, I bring a holistic approach to cheer coaching. As a women’s life coach, I love helping girls and teens believe in themselves and feel confident in their own skin. The thing I enjoy most about coaching cheer is watching the girls gain new skills and grow in confidence throughout the year.
As Rikki Rogers says, “Strength doesn’t come from what you can do. It comes from overcoming the things you once thought you couldn’t.” Together, we celebrate every step of that journey.
